Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I moved to Bellingham 18 years ago to attend Western Washington University. Falling in love with the area & community, I decided to plant my roots here. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for the last 14+ years and have built meaningful relationships by listening, advising, communicating, and being 100% transparent with each one of my clients.

We will walk through the process of buying, selling or investing in real estate step by step together. If purchasing, when you find a home that you are in love with, we will talk through the pro's and con's of that specific property. Looking at the potential defects of the home & what the future resale (or rental potential) for that home looks like. If selling, we will go over the costs of selling, develop a specific marketing plan designed for your home that has it stand out above all others, & determine the true market value for your home.
